Our team offers over 10 years of experience in all aspects of Relocating a dwelling, including plans for renovations, house re-piling and on-site house shifts. 

We have our preferred team of recommended external consultants ranging from Geotech Engineers, Surveyors, Planners, etc who we have been working with for years specialising in Relocated dwellings - and project dependant we can recommend them when they are needed, which allows for a quick and easy process to get to lodging consents and soon after the consents being approved and ready to start the move!

We work alongside Councils throughout the north island (Auckland, Waikato, Hauraki, Kaipara, Far North Councils, etc) and are here to make the design & consenting process simple & pain free.

TYPES OF PROJECTS

Our team are Residential Architect specialists and you can engage us for a range of projects types, not just Relocated dwellings.  

• Relocating a dwelling to its new site

• On-site shifts of dwellings on its original site

• Resedential new build design (stand alone OR small/mid scale town house developments, etc)

• Rennovations and alterations to your relocaedwe dwelling OR project that doesn't include relocation. 

• House lifting & re-piling for basement extensions OR flood effected houses to raise to higher level.

We will assist from the beginning of the project, through design, documentation and then up until the projects required consents are approved. From here on-wards we are mostly complete but will stay in contact for any additional on-site assistant needed for site visits, amendments, variations, etc.
